- The notary must see the original document(s).
- Please have copies available for signing by the notary.
- The notary will insert “certified a true copy of the original document”
- The notary will sign & seal the document.
Notary.scot signing an affidavit, declaration, certificate, attorney form etc
- The notary will read the document to establish what notarisation is required.
- You will sign the document in the presence of the notary.
- The notary will sign & seal the document .
Remote video notary.scot service
- Using WhatsApp, Facetime, Zoom, Teams etc.
- Notary.scot will record film of you signing the document remotely.
- Document to be posted to the notary for notary signing.
- Notarised document returned to you by post.
Apostille / Legalisition / Consular service by Notary.scot
- Submitting notarised document to FCO or Consul.
- FCO or Consul charges are additional.
